Apple pancakes with pate
Easy pancake appetizer. Very original, but familiar to European cuisine, the combination of pate from the liver birds and of sweet-sour jam of cranberries. Unexpectedly delicious!

Of the proposed ingredients knead the dough for pancakes. I used baby applesauce.

Bake pancakes in the usual way. I got 12 pancakes. The pancakes turn out dense, with a slight acidity. Each pancake cut from two sides to get smooth rolls
