Shrimp in a fur coat with a giant roll
Lovers of shrimp for New year can make an easy and delicious dish of shrimp, roasted coconut flakes, and decorate the dish with a large roll of rice stuffed with a glass of soy sauce Kikkoman.

King prawns thawed and marinated in a mixture of 1/4 tsp of ginger, 1 tbsp soy sauce Kikkoman, 1/5 tsp ground pepper, 1/2 tsp of honey for 40 minutes.

Roll shrimp in flour, protein, mixed with 1 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce and coconut. Put them in the frying pan with vegetable oil.

Fry, turning on both sides.

Soak the rice for sushi and wash in several waters. Add 2/3 Cup water and cook on a slow fire. Cooked rice mixed with 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp of rice vinegar.

Because I have no ring serving, I cut it out of a plastic bottle.

Spread the rice in a ring inside a glass insert in the middle for the sauce.

Wrap the walls with a sheet of nori. Pour a glass of soy sauce, Kikkoman.

Spread on a dish of prawns, decorate with roses of ginger, cut from a tangerine candle holder, put candle and ignite. Our Christmas meal is ready!
