Meat terrine with yogurt
Very gentle, easy appetizer for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

    3 piece

  • Prunes

    5 piece

  • Dried apricots

    5 piece

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    400 g

  • Meat

    650 g

  • Spices

Meat boiled, baked or prepared in any usual way. You can also use ready-made meat bought in the store for your taste! So, the meat cut into thin slices. The nuts will clean them, chop them coarsely with a knife.

Prunes and dried apricots cut into slices.

Place the yogurt in a bowl. Add to it feta.

Then dried apricots and prunes. A little spices.

Soak the gelatin (according to instrukcii on the packaging). Bring to a boil 2 tbsp of the milk, remove from heat and dissolve gelatin in it. Pour the milk with gelatin to the yogurt mass. If the mass will be too liquid, put for 5 minutes in the fridge to let it start to thicken.

Line a rimmed shape with cling film. Lay the first layer of Latika meat.

The meat, spread the yoghurt mass. Sprinkle with nuts. Repeat, alternating layers.

Remove the terrine in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Get ready the terrine and invert onto a plate. Carefully remove plastic wrap. Decorate according to your taste and serve.
