Despite the strange, at first glance, the products is really very harmonious and balanced combination. It so happened that the entire Soviet cuisine as a mass phenomenon - I passed, and was never close to me. So I'm always looking for simple and profitable combinations of products, similar or typical for the Mediterranean, and this is one of them. If you are tired of the traditional combinations (and fresh crabs:) - this is a great option!

Cooking
To prepare the products. Wash and dry the stalks of green onions. Cut into small rings.
In a blender mix ricotta with cream, adding a teaspoon of horseradish, the juice of half a lemon and sliced green onions.
In the resulting mass, gently stir in crab shavings.
Distribute the prepared mixture is portioned in cups, sprinkle with almonds. Send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes or until almonds are browned.
Ready souffle served warm with white bread, chips or as a self-starter.
The snack has a delicate sweet flavor due to the crab sticks and almonds, spicy, faint hint of horseradish and green onions. This combination will be good for crab meat - no product here will not interrupt his own taste, and just a good stress.
