Description
The basis is Gostowski recipe "a Loaf of sliced", but adapted by me to bake it without yeast. I hope this version will not disappoint you.

Cooking
Make the DOUGH: IN a bowl pour 200 g of wheat flour, put the yeast at room temperature. Add 200 ml of very warm water, washing her jar from the starter. Stir until smooth, not to leave lumps. Cover the bowl with a towel and put in warm place to rise for 1.5-2 hours (depending on room temperature).
Delay 200 g in a jar and put into the fridge for storage for the next bread.
Begin to prepare the DOUGH: IN the bowl or a bowl sift 250 gr. flour.
Then, slowly introduce the warm water 140 ml, and start to knead the dough.
After 5 minutes of kneading, add the butter and continue to knead for another 7 minutes.
So as I was making the dough for two loaves, then divided the dough into two equal parts.
Rounded workpiece and allow them to rest for a couple minutes under the towel.
Start forming the loaves. Each piece of dough roll out with a rolling pin into a "language" (very important) and the edges start to curl, forming a loaf.
Then, put the workpiece on the delay for 2-3 hours, until the volume increases two times.
After proofing, a sharp knife, make slanted cuts and sprinkle with water.
Then put to be baked on the hearth, not forgetting to put down a bowl of water. Ideally, water should be put for 5 minutes before baking bread. Bake at 230 °C for the first 10 minutes, then remove the bowl of water and reduce the heat to 200 °C, bake for another 30 minutes. I must say, the baking time may be different from mine, depending on your oven.
Ready bread can be lubricated with sweet water for Shine.
