Cupcake lemon cream
Took Italian recipe cake, with slight modifications. Since I have no wheat starch was replaced by potato. Don't know what the taste of Italian cupcakes, but mine came out very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Potato starch

    100 g

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Lemon peel

    1 pack

Cooking

Beat the eggs with the sugar and vaniline sugar.

In the egg-sugar mixture add the cream at room temperature, continue to beat.

Mix the flour, starch, baking powder, sift in the resulting mass. All beat up.

Add lemon zest, beat again.

The muffin grease, not silicone grease, fill with dough 2/3.

Bake in preheated oven to 180C for 20-25 min until Golden brown. If the oven is in great shape, the baking time increased. Cupcakes to cool in tins.

The cooled cupcakes can be decorated with protein cream, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
