Cooking
Now take 1 kg of rhubarb. Wash and clean it.
Cut cubes of rhubarb. Add sugar (250g), cover, remove in the fridge for a day.
The next day we will have so much juice. Drain the juice into a saucepan. Rhubarb will remove until the side
Add to this juice the cream, pour some more water. We need to bring to a volume of 700ml. Lot of 2 packs of dry pudding. Stir everything and put on a slow fire. Cook pudding until thick.
In the finished pudding, add butter immediately and stir up well, cover with film and put in cold to cool.
Take the paste. Mix soft margarine, egg and sugar
Add soda, vanilla sugar and flour. Make dough. Remove it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
The finished dough spread on a sheet of paper. On top I cover with cling film and rolling it out.
Form a rectangle of size 30 by 40.
Transfer the dough to the sheet.
In the cooled pudding, add 2 eggs, stir well. Add the rhubarb. Spread on the dough.
