Ciabatta with garlic and dill
Delicious and flavorful bread, perfect for lunch or dinner with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Dill

    3 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Ciabatta cut into pieces a La carte (if like me - wide, you can cut more and along).

Squeeze the garlic into a bowl there and chop the dill. Add salt and pepper.

Pour 2 tbsp olive oil and mix everything carefully.

Cut a piece of parchment (you will need to wrap the bread in it, so with the size you define yourself). Then crease the paper and very good to soak under the tap.

Spread out the parchment and lay our bread. Then take the prepared mixture and coat between the cuts and already the rest of the butter a little oil and the top of the ciabatta.

Wrap the bread in paper and put into the oven. t = 180 °C, time = 10 minutes.
