Cottage cheese pancakes with cranberries
How nice to start your day with a serving of delicate pancakes! Offer you your prescription. I make pancake based on fatty cheese and add frozen cranberries. When frying cranberry thaws and becomes juicy and bright! These pancakes are very good with cranberry sauce.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    180 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Vanilla essence

  • Salt

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Cranberry

    1 handful

  • Sauce

  • Water

    160 g

  • Vegetable oil
