Merry piglets
This recipe saw cooking book and really wanted to cook for his daughter. The recipe is very simple, the products always have on hand.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Carrots

    5 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Carnation

    16 piece

Cooking

Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water. Drain the water.

Potatoes wipe through a sieve hot.

Peel the carrot and grate.

Carrot fry in vegetable oil. Pour in the milk and bring to boil. Cook for 3 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of semolina and cook for another 10 minutes. Allow to cool.

Mix with potato mixture. Add 1 egg. Mix well. Form 8 balls. Hands must be periodically moistened with water so that the dough doesn't stick to hands.
