Cooking
The first thing put to boil the rice. For this soup we need a Japonica rice, or any rice for sushi. It turns thick and is perfect for filling soup.
Wash the champignons, cut into 4 pieces, cover with cold water and bring to boil.
Then the mushrooms and fry on a hot pan until Golden brown.
Return the mushrooms with the butter to the broth, add the cooked rice, sliced pepper and pour soy sauce.
Final touch - add tofu and cilantro. Bring to a boil and pour into bowls.
Serve hot. The soup is very hearty, incredibly flavorful and delicious!
