  • Mushrooms

  • Flour

  • Potatoes

Boil the potatoes, drain most of the water, make puree; in the still hot mashed potatoes add flour, sauce must be really hot to flour brewed

On a baking tray lined with baking paper, spread the cooled puree (with a confectionery syringe with a nozzle asterisk)

Bake in the oven until Golden brown

For the sauce soak the mushrooms in boiling water

... fry 1 tbsp flour in sunflower oil

Pour the mushrooms with the water in which we soaked, salt, pepper and allow to writing a rolling boil for 15 minutes on low heat.
