Cake
The cake, which was born by accident, of the products that accumulated in the refrigerator in an uncertain quantities... I just gathered all in a pile!!! In General, I cooked rice pudding. There was a filling of tinned fruit. Half, approximately, of the jar left, and the rest hung in the refrigerator. Nobody eats... and even frozen pie crust in the freezer lay. And a few days ago I bought 2 packs of cream cheese for something... Well, I bought and bought... are in the fridge. And yesterday cream bought in store... also, you never know need... On the balcony lay a little bit of dates and walnuts I always have in stock. In short, I looked at all this wealth and decided that the time has come!!! A time to be born cake...

Ingredients

    400 ml

  • Powdered sugar

  • Gelatin

    35 g

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Fruit

  • Juice

    400 ml

  • Sugar

To prepare products for the basics.

Products to put in a deep bowl and carefully break the immersion blender (or skip the nuts and dates through a meat grinder and mix with the oil). Form 24 cm, cover baking paper, the sides also lay a strip of paper, lightly oiled. On the bottom to spread the weight and distribute it across the form, primina hands. Bring the cold.

Cheese, cream, and powder mix and beat with a mixer until smooth (will be quite liquid). Swollen gelatin to warm to dissolve (do not boil!) and pour in the curd mixture, mix well.

When the cream starts to slightly thicken, put about 1/3 of the Foundation and bring the cold for a few minutes.

Then a cream to put biscuit base and lightly wet it with juice from the fruit with a brush.

For sponge cake spread with fruit (I got mango)

And pour the remaining cream. Put the strawberries, lightly pressing it into the cream. Bring the cold, until the cream stiffens.

In strawberry juice pour juice from mango to a volume of 400 ml, add gelatin, allow to swell for 10 minutes. Heat until dissolved.

Cool completely and gently pour over the cake. Again bring the cold.
