Coconut Panna cotta with strawberry sauce
A delightful dessert, but for lovers of coconut, of course.

Ingredients

  • Coconut milk

    300 ml

  • Coconut shavings

    30 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Strawberry

    300 g

To prepare the products. Instead of cream 33% milk and I just got a 200 ml cream 20% fat. Soak gelatine in a little water. When you bulk up, drain the excess water.

Cream and coconut milk together with the sugar and bring to boil over medium heat. Be careful coconut milk can greatly shoot.

Form of grease with vegetable oil and pour it into the mixture. Cool and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until fully cured. Of course, better to do it in portion forms, but I have not found suitable.

Strawberries wash, dry, fold in a blender and carefully blend until smooth. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves. Remove the sauce in the fridge.
