Rice salad, pumpkin and bell pepper
Offer the recipe is another salad with pumpkin and basmati rice MIX.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    250 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Figure

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Green onions

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower seeds

  • Water

  • Lettuce

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Pumpkin peel and seeds, cut into small cubes of equal size. Bell pepper cut in half, remove seeds.

Pumpkin and pepper mix with olive oil, put into a form. Bake the pumpkin and peppers are at a temperature of 180 degrees 15 minutes.

Baked pumpkin chopped and roasted sweet pepper folded in a salad bowl.

Add the chopped greens.

Add basmati rice MIX TM "Mistral", pre-welded, as indicated on the package.

For salad dressing: mix olive oil, garlic and lemon juice.

To the prepared salad ingredients, add dressing, honey and, if desired, red Cayenne pepper - mix well.

Salad spread on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with lightly toasted peeled sunflower seeds. Ready!
