Salad-cocktail
The logical development of the "ball-bearing" salad now with step by step photos.

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes

    8 piece

  • Mozzarella

    125 g

  • Green olives

    0.5 can

  • Mushrooms

    0.5 can

  • Quail egg

    12 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

  • Lettuce

  • Mayonnaise

    8 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    4 Tbsp

Quail eggs cook in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Cool, clean. Prepare a batter of eggs, you can lightly salt. Each quail egg dipped in batter and then roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry quail eggs in profituri. Cool.

In a bowl lay the whole tomatoes-cherry tomatoes, marinated mushrooms, olives. Mozzarella balls (if large) cut in half. Lettuce and break into pieces.

Pour mustard dressing (a mixture of mayonnaise and grainy mustard).

On top put fried in rice batter quail eggs.
