Italian cookies with polenta

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Corn flour

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Butter

    230 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

Sift the flour into a bowl, cornmeal (or polenta) and salt.
