Yesterday stumbled upon this recipe and decided to make a surprise for my husband. He is a lover of onions, can eat it in unlimited quantities. However, today is forgiveness Sunday, and the best expression of love is to cook something delicious to your family and thereby to apologize for voluntary and involuntary transgressions.
Ingredients

Cooking
The bow cut into the small cubes.
And pour boiling water for 2 min.
Meanwhile, mix eggs, sour cream and flour.
Drain the onion, squeeze it well and add to the egg-sour cream mixture. Season with salt and pepper, add the sugar and mix well.

And bake like ordinary pancakes, until Golden brown on each side.
