Fish wrappers
Fillet pelengas, stuffed green cheese is a true celebration of taste.

Ingredients

  • Pelengas

    1200 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Greens

    20 g

  • Salt

    5 g

  • Black pepper

    2 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

Cooking

Mix in a blender with butter, cheese, herbs, salt, pepper, lemon juice

Roll into balls for 15 minutes in the freezer.

Beat the egg, each "envelope" to be breaded in flour, egg, again in flour. Deep-fry until Golden brown.
