Prepare sauce: 1 tablespoon mayonnaise + 1 tbsp sour cream + 1 tsp. adzhika.
Shin RUB it with the remaining sauce and pickle for 3 hours at room temperature, I put in the fridge overnight.
Shred the carrots and celery, lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Shin put in a heatproof bowl, cover with carrots and celery, sprinkle with parsnip, salt, pepper.
Prepare sauce: 1 tablespoon mayonnaise + soy sauce (1 tbsp). You can take any of your favorite.
Top pour the resulting sauce
And put in the oven for 40-50 min.
Celery in combination with carrot gives the meat a very delicious taste,
