Salad from sauerkraut

Ingredients

  • Sauerkraut

    500 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    100 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cranberry

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

Prepare everything you need.

Cranberries wash and dry. Celery cut into slices. Apples cut into quarters, remove the core. Cut into thin slices. One slice of lemon to sprinkle the apples below is not dark.
