Rice salad with peppers
Give you an easy to prepare salad with Arborio rice (I just fell in love with this kind of rice, so captivated me with its soft, refined taste) and peppers. Agree that the white color of the rice could not be better set off by multi-colored peppers. The salad is good and on weekdays and holidays. And 23 February on the table it will find its place and its admirers.

These are products that I took to make this bright salad.

Rice, rinse and boil in salted water until tender. Deseeded the peppers and tomatoes cut into thin slices. Avocado, remove the pit, peel and cut into small cubes, sprinkle with lime juice. Finely chop onions and greens.

Connect the prepared products. Tuck peanut butter, salt, pepper.
