Description

This dessert is made of sweet and delicious banana cake and a light yoghurt and butter cream. Also its a plus that it is not long, and like all who tried it. And most importantly if you for some reason don't like the cream (or no product), it can easily be replaced by any other! Also if there is no time, you can make one large loaf.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 pack

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Salt

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

Cooking

To eggs add salt shipotko and down with a mixer at maximum speed for about 5 minutes.

Pour in the eggs and sugar with a knock down at maximum speed for 15-20 mins (I put the mixer to bring down and during this time, prepare everything else).

In a separate bowl or Cup to pour the baking powder and extinguish it with lemon juice.

Take 2 bananas and prepare a baking pan (I spray cooking oil and make the parchment).

Bananas to slice and grind in a blender into a homogeneous slurry.

In shot eggs (and they lost 15-20 min) add the baking powder first, (paid) followed immediately by not stirring add the flour. Gently and quickly stir with a mixer at minimum speed, not up it!, just to stir the flour.

In the resulting mass pour the bananas and mix quickly with a whisk (mixer is not desirable).

Pour the batter into the form and send in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees. The readiness check with a toothpick, but!!! ready cake will not be Golden brown, so do not keep cake in the oven longer and it will burn on the bottom.

While baking the cake in a separate bowl, down yogurt with 1 teaspoon of sugar (just to sugar dissolved).

In a separate bowl to bring down the cream with a teaspoon of sugar. To a stable consistency.

Yogurt mixed with cream and put the finished cooled cake on a towel.

Sponge cake spread with cream (leave a little cream for decoration).

Spinning in a roll, using the towel, but the sponge cake rolled perfectly without it, so that you can smear right on the form, just to make sure that the finished cake cool for sure! I cut it in half for two, to ready penechki was not too thick. Roll cut into several parts.

Ready rolls, garnish with cream (as you like).
