Cooking
Chicken fillet cut in half, wrapped in a sheet with seasoning "MAGGI® On the second tender chicken breast fillet". Fry both sides on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Immediately after roasting fillet wrapped in foil, directly in the paper, cooled and put into the fridge for a couple of hours. Better to do it before the holiday, then will only have to cut and file, which saves a lot of time.
Fry the baguette in the pan (I added a little butter). Boil the quail eggs.
Collect our bruschetta - baguette, slice salted (pickled) cucumber, slice chicken fillet and quail egg. Decorate with greens. In this case it all drizzle with olive oil, I prefer sunflower unrefined.
