Cooking
Preparation of the dough (photo did not do) Separately, mix warm water, oil and vodka. Add to this mix the fresh yeast and give it time to dissolve completely. Sift flour, add sugar and salt. Liquid mixture to pour into the bowl with the flour and knead the dough. Cover the Cup with foil or a lid and place in a warm place until the increase in volume 2 times. The dough press down 2 times and then baked.
Soak the beans in cold water overnight. Drain the water, pour fresh and boil until cooked without salt. Salt for 5-10 minutes until tender.
Clean the carrots with onions. Carrots grate on a coarse grater, chop onions. Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil, add to taste hops-suneli.
With beans, drain water but leave a little in case the stuffing is bit dry, then add 2-3 tablespoons of it.
Beans, onions and carrots to put in a food processor
and grind. Or mince, if there is no processor.
To form patties, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake 25 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees. at the upper and lower heating. But it is better focused on his plate.
