Danish buns on the beer
Delicate popovers are perfect for any dishes, and lightly salted before baking – a good beer. The dough can be knead by hand, mixer or bread machine to use.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1150 g

  • Yeast

    80 g

  • Beer

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

Dissolve the yeast and honey in the beer at room temperature. I gave to stand still for 20 minutes. Beat the egg with salt, add the yeast mixture, flour and butter. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, cover with a towel and set in a warm place for 40 minutes. When you get up, knead again the dough. Of your hands grease with vegetable oil.
