The liver in a pot
Delicious and not very difficult!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    700 g

  • Broth

    5 cup

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    7 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Potatoes

  • Tomato paste

Cooking

Chop the liver in small cubes.

Dice the potatoes.

Slice the onion half rings.

Liver fry in oil, but not salt.

Potatoes fry in oil, but separate from the liver.

Then fold all ingredients in a pot, but not necessarily in a specific order: First the liver.

Then potatoes.

And then the onion.

Puff the obtained mass pour meat broth salt (to slightly covered) and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Before giving on a table (always in the pot) sprinkle the dish with dill.
