Pork wash, dry and cut into portions. Lightly beat off.

In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil and fry pork on high heat until brown.
Onion peel and cut into strips.

Celery cut into thin slices.
In a frying pan, in which roasted pork, lay the prepared vegetables, adding if necessary, vegetable oil, and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add passed through the press garlic, tomato Krasnodar sauce, remaining spice blend, hot sauce, Tabasco, soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Mix well. Spread the roasted pork. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is cooked.
Ready to put the meat on a serving dish together with the sauce and serve. For a side dish perfect mashed potatoes or rice. Bon appetit!
