Dessert
Almond milk is known and loved by many. I suggest to try the dessert on its base and rose water.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Cardamom

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    55 g

  • Water

    6 ml

  • Gelatin

    3 piece

Cooking

Seeds of cardamone clear from the box. Gelatin fill with water and give to swell.

In a saucepan put the almonds, cardamom, sugar and pour all the milk. Bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and strain through a sieve and then through cloth. The remains of the almonds aside.

Add rose water and gelatin. Again a bit of heat to dissolve the gelatin, but do not boil.

Pour it into moulds and put in the cold.

When arranging to get the jelly from the molds, add the remaining almonds. You can decorate the jelly of red currants.
