The chicken with sun-dried tomatoes
Offer to make another quick and easy meal - chicken Breasts or thighs in a creamy cheese sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and aroma of Italian herbs. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    4 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Broth

    1 cup

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Tomato

    0.5 cup

  • Parmesan

    0.66 cup

  • Seasoning

    2 tsp

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chicken breast wash, dry, lightly discourage hammer.

In a bowl add soy sauce Teriyaki (I have soy sauce TM Kikkoman), chicken Breasts and mix well. Leave in the marinade for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Sun-dried tomatoes cut into small pieces.

In a deep frying pan or saucepan heat the oil, add the chicken and fry until lightly Golden on both sides about 5 minutes each side until cooked. Place on a plate.

Slice the garlic and add along with flakes of red hot pepper in the same pan. Sauté over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the broth, cream, sundried tomatoes, Italian herbs and grated Parmesan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until the sauce slightly thickens, about 3-5 minutes. Parmesan can be replaced by melted cheese.

The chicken back to the pan, mix with sauce, season with salt and pepper to taste; heat 1-2 minutes, remove from heat, add fresh thyme.

When serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Bon appetit!
