Hi everyone, I want to share with you the recipe of "Meat in Spanish"! This year we were in Spain, there is some kitchen... Just lovely!!! I wanted something to play, it was very tasty and flavorful! Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Marjoram

  • Basil

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Here is the meat I had (the recipe was a pork loin). You can take simple pork, only fry and bake longer! I baked it in two forms, the crowd was prepared.

Cut the meat into portions and fry in a pan for a couple minutes on each side.
