Here is the meat I had (the recipe was a pork loin). You can take simple pork, only fry and bake longer! I baked it in two forms, the crowd was prepared.
Cut the meat into portions and fry in a pan for a couple minutes on each side.
Ready meat into the form.
These are the mushrooms I had! Very tasty mushrooms, solid, fleshy!
Clean the mushrooms and cut into large slices, fry about 7 minutes.
Add the finely chopped tomatoes.
Passed through the frog garlic, a little salt, pepper, marjoram, Basil and cream, letting it boil and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Lay meat on the vegetables with the sauce.
Sprinkle with grated, hard cheese and place in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
