Potato, meatloaf with carrots
The loaf baked in the oven in foil so it retains juiciness, taste and aroma. And roll seemed too boring, I propose to please you with a bright carrot center.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mashed potatoes

    350 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Thyme

    0.25 tsp

  • Cilantro

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Prepare mashed potatoes and a big long carrot.

Mix mashed potatoes with minced meat (preferably fatty, then the roll will turn out juicier). Add spices and salt to taste.

Add semolina, mix well.

Add green onions, stir.

Add the egg, mix well.

All the resulting mass transfer onto the foil, put in the middle of the purified boiled carrots.

Form into a roll and wrap in foil. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees, about 1 hour. Then cool off in the oven, place in the refrigerator. Expand foil when the roll is well cooled. On the table roll to apply to the cut form.
