Description
Cold appetizer of chicken fillet with tuna sauce and vegetable caviar in explanation of veal "Vitello tonnato". One of our favorite snacks. Very tasty, prepared very simply and on the holiday table will take a worthy place. Can be served as the dish for dinner at home and a La carte for guests.

Cooking
1. Fillet drizzle with oil and bake in foil until tender. Then the meat to cool and thinly slice.
2. For the sauce put in a blender capers, anchovies and mayonnaise. With tuna well drained and also put in the bowl. To break into a homogeneous mass. Then add cream until the consistency of sauce. Sauce salt and pepper to taste. Remove the sauce in the fridge.
