The easiest Apple strudel
Prepared quickly and the ingredients always have on hand. For unexpected guests or just a family tea party.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Apple

    6 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

Knead a dough from water, flour, one egg and 1 tbsp oil. Divide the dough in half, one half add one tablespoon of vegetable oil, knead and connect with the other half. Put the dough in the bowl pour the remaining oil and leave for 30 minutes.

Cut the apples in thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
