Apple filling for crepes
As always, I got pancakes at an industrial scale (with meat) :-) and I have left pieces 15, it just is not interesting, so I've got one somewhere peeped stuffing. Made some modifications to it yourself and that's what happened :-)

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Grate the apples on a small or medium grater (the original was cut into small cubes and stew for a long time, but I didn't have time), pour with lemon juice and set to simmer for five minutes on a slow fire.

Add the butter, vanilla and sugar. Simmer until the liquid is evaporated (I have a flat saucepan so the water evaporates quickly). Add the starch, diluted a bit with water, pour in our apples and give Taipei. Cooled stuffing.
