Cooking
Beat butter at room temperature with sugar.
Melt the chocolate (usually recommended to do it in a water bath, I throw the pieces in a bowl and melt directly on low heat, stirring constantly - it turns quickly and without unnecessary fuss).
Pour the chocolate into the egg-oil mixture, whisk.
Walnuts chop, better not very finely.
Mix flour, nuts and baking powder, pour the mixture into the dough, all mix well.
Spread the batter (the consistency of a thick sour cream) in a greased form (I have the griddle), put in oven preheated to 190 – 200°, bake about 40 min.
The finished cake, I first cut, then decided to pour the glaze, so it is evident that he was cut. For the glaze, mix two tablespoons of sugar and cocoa powder, a few spoonfuls of milk, put on medium heat, cook, stirring, until slightly thickened. And spread on cake. On top I have put nuts and all of this sprinkled with a little cocoa powder.
