Scons with blueberries
Before leaving for the sea, decided to please the Cook of another recipe. Moderately sweet with a sour blueberry muffins-biscuits.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    60 g

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Sour cream

    0.25 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Soda

    0.125 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Blueberries

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

The oven heated to 200 degrees. Margarine grate, milk and sour cream mix.

Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and zest

Add margarine and sour cream-milk mixture and knead the dough. Not long to knead.

Pagpalit Board with flour and fold the dough envelope

Roll out the dough, sprinkle the blueberries on top and push into the dough (I have frozen blueberries, no need to defrost)

To roll the roulade, cut into pieces and each cut diagonally

Lubricate the surface with egg and bake for 20-25 minutes until Browning the top
