Tasty coffee cake, simple cooking

  • Flour pancake

    175 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Butter

    225 g

  • Sugar

    175 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Instant coffee

  • Walnuts

    80 g

  • Mascarpone

    125 g

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

Preheat the oven to 180*C. Grease the bottom with oil. Sift the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add the butter, sugar and eggs, then beat until mixture becomes soft and smooth. Add coffee mixture and walnuts. Bake in middle of oven 30 minutes, until the crust is not elastic to the touch. The cooled cake cut into layers.

Beat the butter with the mascarpone and coffee. Add the powdered sugar. Half of the cream is spread first cake layer on top carefully put the second cake and spread it with the remaining cream.

Decorate with halves of nuts.
