Cake
Delicate sponge cake with a hint of chocolate, cherries and whipped cream. Improvisation is because invented on the go - got carried away and made 2 standards cream eclairs, not disappear as good! And the cake went just great :-)

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 pack

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Condensed milk

    400 g

  • Cherry

    400 g

Cooking

Cake: mix sugar, salt, margarine (soft). To the mixture beat eggs on 1 piece. Then carefully stir the flour with the baking powder, slowly add to the batter, stir. Add the cocoa. The dough is ready. Bake in the oven for about 25 min. Ready Korzh cut into 2 parts. Prepare the cream: whisk cream 8 minutes, then another 3 minutes with condensed milk. Smear cramm 1st cake.

Carefully spread, take the cream :-)

Add the cherries, gently pressing it into the cream.

Take the 2nd crust, smear the bottom side of cream, so good "stuck" to the 1st layer.

Cover cake 2nd cake.

Smear cream. I sprinkled cocoa.
