Didn't know what to call these cookies, because it includes oatmeal, and 2 kinds of flour, and coconut, and a banana, and a large California raisins, and pumpkin puree. Mix all the dry ingredients (2 kinds of flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt, coconut).

Add pumpkin (Apple) puree until obtaining a soft dough consistency. It took me a half-full glass of pumpkin puree, I made this for myself - mash roasted pumpkin with the addition of water, so I have it very tender.
