Garbanzo bean loaf with fish
Hearty and flavorful chickpea roulade stuffed with fish and greens.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    0.7 cup

  • Fish fillets

    250 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

To prepare the meatloaf I used chickpeas TM "Mistral". For starters, chickpeas soaked in water overnight. It should then boil until tender.

The cooled chickpeas mince.

Add the chopped garlic to the meatloaf was spicy and with a pleasant garlic flavor.

Melt the butter and add to the chickpeas.

Add the chopped dill. Add salt to taste.

Boiled fish fillet finely chop or mince.

Add chopped green onions to the fish. Add salt to taste. Add the nutmeg.

On the foil put a lot of chickpeas and makes it a rectangle.
