Pumpkin stuffed with rice and chicken

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

For the preparation take a small pumpkin (800-1500 g). My exactly cut off the tip.

Take out with a knife and spoon the middle of a pumpkin. It can be used for cereals and pies (to freeze). RUB the inside and outside of pumpkin with oil. Mix the squeezed garlic, salt, dried parsley. RUB this mixture inside the pumpkin.

Wrap the pumpkin in foil and put in oven to bake for 1 hour at 220 degrees.

Take a pic of "amber" from "Mistral", fill it with water 1: 2, bring to a boil and cook on a medium heat for 20 minutes.

Cut chicken fillet (breast) thin strips and lightly fry in vegetable oil.

We add the ground coriander, chili flakes and soy sauce. Mix everything together, simmer 5 minutes over low heat.

Add fried chicken to the cooked rice.

Get semi-baked pumpkin, remove the foil, put the filling inside rice and chicken. Put back in the oven and bake until tender, 30-40 minutes depending on the size of the pumpkin. The willingness of the pumpkin can to test, gently poke with a fork, it should be easy to get.
