Pork ribs in tea marinade
I have always enticing recipes, where there is a combination of meat with tea. Usually, according to him, the meat is fantastic... And this recipe is no exception. The ribs are juicy, tender and very tasty. Black tea gives interesting personal note. Spices and honey makes the dish especially harmonious. I'm sure You will not be disappointed!

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    800 g

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Black tea

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.25 tsp

  • Chili

    0.125 tsp

  • Garlic powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

  • Green onions

Cooking

Pork ribs wash and cut into pieces along the bones.

In hot water mix the tea, sugar and salt. Cover and leave to infuse until cool liquid. Tea should be strong enough.

Strain the tea, pour it over the ribs. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Longer marinating is not recommended, can exude bitterness.

Drain the marinade, the ribs spread in a greased form. Lubricated soy sauce with a silicone brush. Mix spices: black pepper and chilli, coriander, garlic powder and paprika.

Spices to sprinkle on top of the ribs. Cover the form with foil and place in a preheated 190 degree oven for 90 minutes. The cooking time depends on size of ribs. I was very small, so enough for 70 minutes.

Every 25-30 minutes the ribs should be lubricated on both sides in a honey water: to do this, mix the honey with 1 tablespoon of water.

The last 30 minutes the ribs to cook without foil at a temperature of 220 degrees. The finished ribs, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
