Cooking
Cook broth from meat with bone (1.5 hours). Strain the broth. Meat separated from the bones and chop until to postpone it.
Cabbage and peeled potatoes cut into cubes. Tomato scalded with boiling water, pour cold water and remove skin. It is also cut into cubes, but smaller. Onions clear and finely chop. Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Melt in a pan the butter and fry the onions and carrots.
Broth put on the fire. When it boils, lower the cabbage and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add the potatoes, and after 5 minutes the tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes.
Then add to the carrot soup with onions, meat, spices and seasoning. Cook for 3 minutes. Garlic skip through the press and RUB it with salt. When the soup is ready, put them in chopped herbs and garlic with salt. Mix well. If a little salt - it needs more salt to taste.
Serve with sour cream. Bon appetit!
