Cooking
Quinoa needs to be boiled until tender in salted water. I have quinoa TM Mistral. Cool slightly. While cooking quinoa in the oven at 180 degrees for dry a slice of rye bread, hazelnuts and sunflower seeds. Literally 5-10 minutes.
Mix the quinoa, chopped herbs (Basil and cilantro), lemon juice and feta. I fetaksa, it is more soft. Feta also you must mash them with a fork until smooth. The resulting mass with wet hands or using 2 scoops formed in the dumplings.
In a blender, beat until smooth yogurt, dried rye bread, lemon juice and hazelnuts. Add salt and pepper per taste. A cut salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and greens.
On a plate lay the dumplings quinoa, salad vegetables, pour rye yoghurt and sprinkle with seeds. All a pleasant appetite!!!
