Description
It is quite distinctive, winter - spring dish. Festive and appropriate for a bachelorette party, plus little calories and is unusually fresh. Can be served both cold and hot.

Cooking
Mix rice aquatics boil according to the instructions on the package.
Avocado cut in half and remove the stone. Very carefully, without damaging the skin, remove the pulp ( a teaspoon ). Sprinkle the flesh with juice of half a lemon and salt.
Mackerel fillets, onions, cucumber and the flesh of the avocado into small cubes.
In a saucepan heat the oil and quickly fry the fish, onions and cucumbers. Add the boiled rice, cream, salt, freshly ground black pepper, stir and simmer until until the cream is absorbed into the rice. ~ 10 minutes. Add the flesh of the avocado. Mix well. Let the stuffing cool down.
To fill the resulting empty pumps minced avocado. Generously sprinkle finely - grated cheese.
Put avocado in a preheated 190 - 200 * C oven until Browning cheese ~ for 10 minutes - 15.
Serve with lemon quarters and parsley. Bon appetit!
