Delicate cake with Apple filling and dates. Incredibly simple to prepare and very tasty.

Cooking
Unfortunately not all step-by-step photos, as prepared 3 dishes. Sour cream, sugar, yolks, salt and soda mix in a bowl with a whisk. Gradually stir in 4 cups flour. Add the softened at room temperature butter margarine and knead thoroughly. The dough turned out very soft. Chill or freeze is NOT NECESSARY
For the filling dates, pitted cut into arbitrary pieces.
Apples grate on a coarse grater.
Half of the dough to put into shape, to flatten (I have a detachable grease is not necessary). Put cooked apples and dates (or Vice versa). The second half of the dough to gently stretch the top of the filling. Bake in a preheated oven at 200* for about 30 minutes (watch because ovens are different). Willingness to check with a dry stick. Decorate as desired. I top put sliced kiwi and sprinkled crushed walnuts with sugar.
Brew tea and enjoy. A PLEASANT TEA
