Description
Very tasty and hearty dish which can be cooked for a family lunch or dinner. It is best to use lamb, then casserole it turns out more fragrant, but can be beef, most importantly, the meat should not be fat. Bon appetit!

Cooking
Meat cut into mincemeat. Peel the potatoes and then boil it.
Onions and garlic cut into small dice and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Put the minced meat and fry it for 10 minutes, stirring well and breaking the lumps. Add finely diced carrots, simmer for another 5-7 minutes, then put tomatoes and pour the flour, and in the end add green peas, herbs, salt, pepper. Mix well and set aside from heat.
Potatoes, crushed in puree, add the egg yolks, salt, pepper and nutmeg, mix well. Pour hot cream and grated cheese, mix well.
In a baking dish spread even layer of meat with vegetables, top evenly distribute the mashed potatoes. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
