Cooking
Prepare dough for crust. Whisk the eggs with the sugar.
Margarine to RUB on a grater. Flour, margarine, cocoa grind into a homogeneous mass.
To combine flour mass with beaten eggs, add sour cream. Knead. Divide the dough for the crust into two parts. One send in the freezer for 20 minutes.
One part put into a form. On top of the dough I put cherry jam.
Prepare cottage cheese. Beat eggs with sugar, add vanilla.
Add the cottage cheese. It is best to take home, fat and well pressed. Watery cottage cheese cheesecake is not appropriate. Peretti the cottage cheese through a sieve, or - like me - in a food processor. Cheese combine with beaten eggs, semolina. Mix well. Add the raisins and lemon zest.
On the cake spread prepared cheese curd.
Take out of the freezer the second part of the dough and grate on top of the cake.
Put bake in a hot oven. Bake 1.5 hours in not too hot oven. Readiness is determined by the lag of the cheese mass from the walls of the mold. Definitely cool to room temperature and only then cut! Bon appetit!
