Baklava lean
The recipe is from the book "retreat Week".

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

  • Yeast dough

  • Honey

Prepare yeast dough. I did here for this recipe: http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/210 08/ Dough put in a plastic bag and put into the refrigerator overnight. I didn't do it. Kneaded it in the bread maker and go! :-)

Divide the dough into 4 parts. Thinly roll out. Lubricated with honey and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.

Then put another layer, grease it with honey and sprinkle with nuts. Repeat for the third time and cover with the last layer. On the top layer with a knife to gently mark the diamonds. To grease with honey. Decorate with nuts.

Bake for 30 minutes at 200*C. the Finished baklava cut into individual pieces. Allow to cool.
